This Promotion is organised by tonies UK Ltd, Causeway House, 1 Dane Street, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, CM23 3BT ("tonies").
Users are only eligible to participate in this Promotion if they are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and have registered with tonies and created a Tonie-Account.
Users that participate in this Promotion must be residents in the UK and/or in the Republic of Ireland ("Promotion Territory"), and goods can only be shipped to a shipping address in the Promotion Territory.
tonies reserves the right to exclude participants from this Promotion if tonies believes that there are justified reasons for such exclusion. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, the suspicion that the participant has provided false data, breached the terms and conditions of this Promotion, or otherwise manipulated the Promotion. Such reasons may lead to a cancellation of promotional benefits and a request for reimbursement.
The Promotion will run from 3rd of August 2026 to 9th of August 2026 inclusive ("Promotion Period").
In case tonies is of the opinion that changes are necessary, tonies reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend this Promotion at any time or to add or change the terms and conditions for the Promotion.
During the Promotion Period, when a user purchases any tonieplay game, a second tonieplay game will automatically be discounted to free at checkout:
For every two (2) tonieplay games in the basket, the cheapest of the two will be automatically discounted to free at checkout. Where both games are the same price, either may be treated as the discounted item, as the resulting price is the same.
No code is required; the discount is applied automatically in the basket.
Users cannot choose which specific game is discounted — the lowest-priced eligible game in each qualifying pair will always be the one discounted.
A maximum of five (5) free games can be obtained per purchase, regardless of how many tonieplay games are added to the basket. This means a maximum of ten (10) tonieplay games per order can benefit from this Promotion (five purchased at full price, five received free).
Any tonieplay games purchased beyond this limit will be charged at full price.
Exclusivity & Eligibility: This Promotion applies strictly and only to purchases of tonieplay games.
Non-Eligible Items: Any product other than a tonieplay game does not qualify for this Promotion. In addition, Numberblocks: Learning Adventures (SKU 11004493) is excluded from this Promotion as it is currently available for pre-order only, and does not count towards, or benefit from, this offer.
Basket Validation: The discount will only be automatically applied where at least two (2) eligible tonieplay games are included in the same order. A single eligible tonieplay game purchased on its own will not trigger the discount.
Combinability: This Promotion can be combined with other offers, sales, promotional codes, or discounts, unless otherwise stated for that specific offer. The offer is only valid for purchases made during the Promotion Period on the Tonies UK website. No price adjustments or free games will be granted for purchases completed outside of the Promotion Period.
If you return a tonieplay game purchased as part of this Promotion, the corresponding free game must also be returned. Failure to return the free game alongside the paid game may result in a deduction from your refund equivalent to the value of the free game.
Delivery costs are not included in this Promotion and will be charged at the standard rate.
