• Customer Happiness: If you have any doubts about a communication or transaction, contact our Customer Happiness Team directly through official support channels. Use our official contact form.

Unsolicited Communication

• Emails: Only open emails from trusted senders. Be cautious of emails that ask for personal information, account credentials, or immediate action. Do not click on suspicious links or download attachments from unknown sources.

• Toniebox ID: While the 8-digit code located on the bottom of your Toniebox—does not directly expose your account details, it should only be shared with our Customer Happiness Team.
  
  Sharing your ID publicly or with anyone outside of our dedicated CH team could lead to potential issues such as someone else claiming your Toniebox, attempting to request a replacement without your permission, and disrupting your user experience.
   
• Personal Data: Never share sensitive personal information, including your password, credit card numbers, or bank account details. Always use strong, unique passwords for your accounts and change them regularly. 
  
  *tonies® will never ask for your password, credit card, or bank details during support interactions.
   
• Spot Checking – Always take time to verify any information before acting. If the information seems inconsistent, includes spelling errors, or doesn’t make sense, it could be a scam.
   
• Account Monitoring: Regularly check your bank and credit card statements for any unauthorised transactions. If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to your bank or credit provider immediately and change your passwords.

• Urgency or Pressure: Scammers often create a false sense of urgency to pressure you into making quick decisions. Always take time to verify before acting.
   
• Fake Social Media Accounts: Be cautious of accounts claiming to represent our company on social media. While a verified badge can sometimes help identify official profiles, it's not always a guarantee of authenticity.
