Multi-Buy Tonies Promotion - Terms and Conditions: 

1. This Promotion is organised by tonies UK Ltd, Causeway House, 1 Dane Street, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, CM23 3B (“tonies”).
2. Users are only eligible to participate in this Promotion if they are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and have registered with tonies and created a Tonie-Account.
3. Users that participate in this Promotion must be residents in the UK and/or in the Republic of Ireland (“Promotion Territory”), and goods can only be shipped to a shipping address in the Promotion Territory.
4. tonies reserves the right to exclude participants from this Promotion if tonies believes that there are justified reasons for such exclusion. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, the suspicion that the participant has provided false data, breached the terms and conditions of this Promotion, or otherwise manipulated the Promotion. Such reasons may lead to a cancellation of promotional benefits and a request for reimbursement.
5. The Promotion will run from 6th of July 2026 to 19th of July 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
6. In case tonies is of the opinion that changes are necessary, tonies reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend this Promotion at any time or to add or change the terms and conditions for the Promotion.
7. During the Promotion Period, a tiered discount will be automatically applied at checkout when purchasing eligible Tonies:
   • Buy 2 eligible Tonies: 30% discount
   • Buy 4 eligible Tonies: 40% discount
   • Buy 6 or more eligible Tonies: 50% discount
8. Exclusivity & Eligibility: This Promotion applies strictly and only to the specific products displayed on the official landing page tonies.com/en-gb/more-tonies-more-fun and the SKU list defined in Section 9.
   • Non-Eligible Items: Any Tonie, accessory, or product not featured on the specified landing page or SKU list is strictly excluded from this offer.
   • Cart Validation: Adding a non-eligible product to the basket will not contribute toward the multi-buy quantity threshold (2, 4, or 6+), and no discount will be applied to that specific non-eligible item.

10. The promotional discount will be clearly displayed on eligible product pages and will be automatically applied at checkout once the quantity threshold is met. No code is required.
11. Non-Combinability: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, promotional codes, or discounts (including but not limited to bundles, newsletter sign-up codes, or referral discounts). The offer is only valid for purchases made during the Promotion Period on the Tonies UK website. No price adjustments will be made for purchases completed outside of the Promotion Period.

If you return a product purchased as part of this Promotion, your refund will reflect the amount paid after the tiered promotional discount was applied, not the original full price of the product. If a partial return results in the remaining items falling below the original discount threshold, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
13. Delivery costs are not included in this Promotion and will be charged at the standard rate.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
