Terms and Conditions: tonies x Bluey Playtime event
This event is organised by tonies UK Ltd, Causeway House, 1 Dane Street, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, CM23 3BT (“tonies”).
This is a free, ticketed event taking place on Thursday 27th August 2026 (the “Event”). A total of 450 tickets are available, allocated on a first come, first served basis across three 2-hour time slots (9–11am, 12–2pm, 3–5pm), with 150 tickets available per slot.
A maximum of 4 tickets may be booked per booking. At least one adult (18 years or over) ticket and one child (0-17 years old) ticket must be included in each booking.
Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time slot booked. Entry may be refused outside of your booked time slot.
Tickets are non-transferable and subject to availability. tonies reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event if a ticket is found to have been resold, duplicated, or fraudulently obtained.
Each adult making a booking is solely responsible for any child or children who are included in their booking while attending the Event.
The booking process for the Event is being facilitated by Zimma Limited trading as Ticket Tailor (the “Provider”). Your personal information will be processed on tonies’ behalf by the Provider in accordance with tonies’ instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation solely for the purposes of fulfilling tickets for the Event.
tonies reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove any attendee behaving in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate from the Event. All attendees are responsible for their actions during the Event and, to the fullest extent of the law, we accept no responsibility for the actions of any attendees or the consequences of such actions.
tonies is not responsible or liable to you for any loss or injury or harm sustained by any attendee at the event unless tonies is proven to be legally liable for such loss, injury or harm. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, tonies excludes all representations, conditions and warranties whether express or implied (by statute or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law. tonies does not seek to exclude or limit its liability to any attendee where it would be unlawful to do so.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
