Yes, you'll choose one of three 2-hour time slots when booking: 9–11am, 12–2pm, or 3–5pm. Each session has 150 tickets available.

Tickets are only valid for the specific time slot booked, so we'd ask that you arrive promptly for your selected session. Unfortunately we can't guarantee entry outside of your booked slot.

Tickets are non-transferable, so unfortunately these can't be passed on to someone else. If your plans change, please let us know.

Yes, all attendees (including babies) will need a ticket, and these count towards the 5-ticket limit per booking. This helps us make sure the space stays comfortable and safe for everyone on the day.

No problem! You can resend your ticket confirmation from the page where you originally booked it, or use the Contact event organiser option on that same booking page. You can also find your tickets any time at app.tickettailor.com/find-tickets. If you're still having trouble, just get in touch with us directly and we'll reissue your confirmation.

Yes, this is a one-day event taking place on Thursday 27th August 2026, across three 2-hour time slots.

Yes, the event space is wheelchair accessible.

There will be a designated space to leave buggies before entering the event, please note that all personal belongings and buggies are left at your own risk.

The experience will include some sound which could impact sensory sensitivities.

Bookings must include both an adult and a child. This experience is designed for families to enjoy together, so single adult or child-only bookings aren’t available. For safety and supervision, children must be always accompanied by an adult during the activation.

Yes, a confirmation email with your ticket details will be sent to you. Please bring it with you on the day of your booking.

Yes! Photography is encouraged, feel free to capture the tonies x Bluey Playtime event. Just be mindful of others and avoid flash photography where possible.
