- Tonie - One Free Content Tonies promotion (“Promotion”)
- This Promotion is organised by tonies UK Ltd, Causeway House, 1 Dane Street, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, CM23 3B (“tonies”).
- Users are only eligible to participate to this Promotion if they are at least 18(eighteen) years of age or older and have registered with tonies and created a Tonie-Account.
- Users that participate to this Promotion must be residents in the UK and/or in the Republic of Ireland (“Promotion Territory”) and goods can only be shipped to a shipping address in the Promotion Territory.
- tonies reserves the right to exclude participants from this Promotion if tonies believes that there are justified reasons for such an exclusion. Such reasons are for example, but not limited to, the suspicion that participant has provided false data, breached the terms and conditions of this Promotion or has otherwise manipulated the Promotion. Such reasons may lead to a cancellation of promotional benefits and a request for reimbursement.
- The Promotion will run from 20th October 2026 to 31st January 2027 (“Promotion Period”).
- In case tonies is of the opinion that changes are necessary, tonies reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend this Promotion at any time or to add or change the terms and conditions for the Promotion.
- During the Promotion Period, a discount of a free content tonies will be available when purchasing the following product categories on the Tonies UK website:

- This Promotion may be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated. The offer is only valid for purchases made during the Promotion Period on the Tonies UK website. No price adjustments will be made for purchases completed outside of the Promotion Period.
