Users that participate in this Promotion must be residents in the UK and/or in the Republic of Ireland (“Promotion Territory”), and goods can only be shipped to a shipping address in the Promotion Territory.
tonies reserves the right to exclude participants from this Promotion if tonies believes that there are justified reasons for such exclusion. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, the suspicion that the participant has provided false data, breached the terms and conditions of this Promotion, or otherwise manipulated the Promotion. Such reasons may lead to a cancellation of promotional benefits and a request for reimbursement.
This promotion is available exclusively to a selected group of customers chosen and managed by tonies. Eligibility is determined solely by tonies.
The Promotion will run for 30 days from the date of receipt (“Promotion Period”).
In case tonies is of the opinion that changes are necessary, tonies reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend this Promotion at any time or to add or change the terms and conditions for the Promotion.

Non-Combinability: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, promotional codes, or discounts (including but not limited to bundles, newsletter sign-up codes, or referral discounts). The offer is only valid for purchases made during the Promotion Period on the Tonies UK website. No price adjustments will be made for purchases completed outside of the Promotion Period.
If you return a product purchased as part of this Promotion, your refund will reflect the amount paid after the tiered promotional discount was applied, not the original full price of the product. If a partial return results in the remaining items falling below the original discount threshold, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Delivery costs are not included in this Promotion and will be charged at the standard rate.
