It doesn’t happen often, but if the Toniebox 1 isn’t doing what it’s supposed to, restarting it is the best way to get it back on track. No worries, it's simple to do:
- Turn the Toniebox 1 upside down, so its ears are pointing downwards. Note: Do NOT do this with the Toniebox 1 on the charging station, otherwise it will restore to factory settings and delete all of the content.
- Pinch both ears for about 10 seconds until you hear an audio signal.
- The Toniebox 1 will now restart and you can turn it back upright. When the LED lights up solid green again, the Toniebox 1 is ready for use.
