Some Toniebox 2 customers have had trouble downloading Tonies recently. The issue has now been fixed, but you’ll need to update your Toniebox 2 to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Here’s how to do it:
- Switch on your Toniebox 2.
- Wait until it turns off again by itself.
- Switch it back on.
- Wait for it to connect to the internet (you can check the connection in the tonies® app).
- In the tonies® app, tap on your Toniebox 2 to check the firmware version. It should now show 1.2.10.
- That’s it! Your Toniebox 2 is updated and ready to play Tonies again.
