How to return?

To start your return, please visit our returns portal here:

Simply enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase to verify your order. Then, select the items you’d like to return.

Once you’ve submitted your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your shipping label. No need to print at home - just show the QR code from your email to the Post Office and they’ll print your label for you.

Please also consider that the items that you would like to return are in complete, unused and undamaged condition per our returns policy: What is your return policy?

Kindly note that we do not offer exchanges.

What happens next?

After your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will refund the purchase amount to your chosen payment method within 4 weeks of the arrival date. Please note that you will not receive an automatic confirmation of the receipt of your return, you will however be informed via email once your refund has been processed.

Returning a Toniebox?

Make sure to follow through the processes listed in the articles below to reset the Toniebox to factory settings and choose to either delete your Household or just remove the Toniebox from your Household before initiating your return:
