Returning or no longer have a Toniebox and want to remove it from your Household? This can be done using either the tonies® app or on my.tonies.com.
How to remove a Toniebox from your Household:
Using the original tonies® app
- Open the tonies® app and tap the 'Tonieboxes' tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the image of the Toniebox you would like to remove from your Household.
- Tap on the settings icon in the top-right of the screen.
- Tap the red 'Trashcan' icon.
- Tap 'Remove' to confirm you would like to remove the Toniebox from your Household.
- The Toniebox has now been successfully removed from your Household!
Using the new tonies® app
- Open the tonies® app and tap on the image of the Toniebox you would like to remove from your Household.
- Scroll down and tap on 'Advanced settings'.
- Tap 'Remove from Household'.
- Tap 'Delete' to confirm you would like to remove the Toniebox from your Household.
- The Toniebox has now been successfully removed from your Household!
Using my.tonies.com
- Login to your my.tonies.com account and click the 'Tonieboxes' header.
- Click on the image of the Toniebox you would like to remove from your Household.
- Click on 'Remove from household' next to the picture of the Toniebox.
- Click 'Remove Toniebox' to confirm you would like to remove the Toniebox from your Household.
- The Toniebox has now been successfully removed from your Household!
