These stripy friends usually appear when an incompatible device is used with Toniebox 2. The Zebra usually indicates the device you're using isn't supported – this could be due to outdated software, an unsupported operating system, or an incompatible device type.
We'd always recommend checking that your device is using the latest version of the tonies app and operating system updates are installed. Additionally, we always recommend using official tonies® products, please refer to your product manual for further compatibility details.
