In some cases, a Tonie may not start to play its content right away. Don’t worry - this usually just means it needs a little more time to finish downloading.
What to do:
- Place the Tonie on the Toniebox 2.
- Leave it there until the Toniebox 2 turns itself off.
After that, wake your Toniebox 2 by gently squeezing one of its ears, then remove the Tonie and place it back on. Your Tonie should now play smoothly without interruptions.
