How can I assign a purchased episode to a Tonie or Creative Tonie?

1. Open the mytonies app on your smartphone and tap 'Mine' at the bottom right.
    

2. Now you have two options. Either open the desired additional episode or the desired Tonie/Creative Tonie...
    

   Option 1: Tap on 'Content' to open your purchased additional episodes.

   Option 2: Tap on the Tonie you want to assign a purchased additional episode to.

   
    

3. Follow the next step depending on your option...

   Option 1: You’ll now see all the series from which you purchased an additional episode. Tap on the series to see the episodes.

   Option 2: Under the tracklist of the selected Tonie, you’ll now see your additional episodes under 'Mine'. Tap 'Show all' to open them.

   
    

4. The next steps are identical for both options above. You will now see all episodes. You can also see which Tonie an episode is already linked to. If an episode has no Tonie picture shown under its duration, it has not been assigned yet. Tap the red Tonie arrow icon to the right of the episode to assign it to a Tonie.
    
5. You’ll now see all Tonies you can assign your selected episode to. Tap the red Tonie arrow icon again next to the Tonie of your choice.
   
    
6. The green check mark behind the Tonie shows your selection. If you tapped the wrong one, just tap another red Tonie arrow icon. To confirm, tap 'Done' at the top right.
   
    
7. You now see that your selected episode "as a Detective" is assigned to your Tonie, since a small image is shown under the duration.
    
8. Now you just need to tell your Toniebox about the new story. To synchronize, switch on the Toniebox and remove any Tonie/Creative Tonie that might be on top. Hold down either ear of the Toniebox for about 3 seconds until the LED flashes blue. Once the new settings are ready, your Toniebox plays a sound – "Tadaaa" – and the LED lights up green.
    
9. Then place your newly assigned Tonie/Creative Tonie onto your Toniebox so the new episode is downloaded and played. 
    

Open the my.tonies.com website and log in. Again, you have two options. Either through the episode itself via the "Audiothek" tab or via the desired Tonie/Creative Tonie you want to assign an episode to. In that case, you go via the "Tonies" or "Creative Tonies" tab. We’ll show you both options:

Via the episode:

1. Click the 'Audio Library' tab at the top.
2. Under 'My Purchases' you’ll see your purchased episodes. Click the episode you want to assign.
3. You’re now in the detail view of the selected episode. Click 'Assign'.
4. You’ll now see all Tonies/Creative Tonies you can assign this episode to. First click a Tonie/Creative Tonie of your choice and then click 'Assign' again.
5. You’ve now successfully assigned the episode. Now synchronize your Toniebox. Turn it on and remove any Tonie/Creative Tonie. Hold an ear for about 3 seconds until the LED flashes blue. Once ready, your Toniebox plays "Tadaaa" and the LED turns green. Then click 'Go to Tonie'.
6. In the detail view of the Tonie/Creative Tonie you’ll now see which episode you assigned.
7. Then place your newly assigned Tonie/Creative Tonie onto your Toniebox so the new episode is downloaded and played. 
   
    

Via the Tonie:
 

1. Click the 'Tonies' tab at the top.
2. Find your desired Tonie and click on it.
3. You’re now in the detail view. Scroll down to 'Discover more content'. Click 'My Purchases' to see your purchased episodes. If you own more than 20 for this Tonie, click 'Find more' to show them all. If you click 'Find more', assigning works the same as via the Audiothek. If your desired episode is shown directly, just click it.
4. You’re now in the detail view of the episode. Click 'Assign'.
5. You’ll now see all matching Tonies you can assign it to. First click a Tonie of your choice and then 'Assign' again.
6. You’ve now successfully assigned the episode. Synchronize your Toniebox as described above. Then click 'Go to Tonie'.
7. In the detail view of the Tonie you’ll now see which episode has been assigned.
8. Finally, place your newly assigned Tonie onto your Toniebox so the new episode is downloaded and played. 
    

Via the Creative Tonie:

1. Click the 'Creative Tonies' tab at the top.
2. Find your desired Creative Tonie and click it.
3. You’re now in the detail view. Click the Tonie arrow icon on the right.
4. You’ll now see three options: 'Hörbonbons', 'My Purchases' and 'Upload'. Click 'My Purchases'.
5. You’ll now see a list of your purchased episodes you can assign. If you own more than 10 and don’t see the one you want, you’ll need to go via the "Via the episode" method (see above). If you see the one you want, click the circle on the right of the episode and then 'Assign'.
6. You’ve now successfully assigned the episode to your Creative Tonie. Synchronize your Toniebox as described above. Then click 'My Creative Tonie'.
7. In the detail view of the Tonie you’ll now see which episode has been assigned.
8. Finally, place your newly assigned Tonie onto your Toniebox so the new episode is downloaded and played.
