- Make sure the Toniebox 1 is switched on with no Tonie on it;
- Place the Toniebox 1 within range of the Wi-Fi network you are connected to. If you're not connected, you'll need to re-connect first.
- Press one ear of the Toniebox 1 until you hear a beep (about 3 seconds). The Toniebox 1 will then update and sync.
- Wait until the light is steadily green and emits another beep.
