Once your order has been received, it is processed immediately and prepared for delivery as soon as possible. This means it is no longer possible to:
- stop the order.
- change the order.
- combine multiple orders.
- add or remove one or more items.
- change the billing or delivery address.
You can simply make a new order at any time and return items once you have received them in the returns period set out in the terms and conditions.
