How to play a Tonie

Turn on your Toniebox
Give one of the ears a quick squeeze to wake it up. -
Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi
The first time you listen to a brand-new Tonie, your Toniebox needs to be connected to Wi-Fi so it can download the Tonie's audio content.If your Toniebox isn't connected to Wi-Fi or your in a new location, you can connect it using the tonies® app.

Place your Tonie on top
Once you're connected, simply pop your Tonie on top of the Toniebox. -
Wait for the download to complete
Your Toniebox will let you know that the content is downloading:- Toniebox 2: The light ring shows the download progress.
- Toniebox Lite: The light blinks green while the content is downloading.

Start listening!
Once the download is complete, your Tonie is ready to play.
What happens after the first download?
Once a Tonie's audio content has been downloaded to your Toniebox, you can listen to it again without needing to be connected to Wi-Fi. Which means your collection can be listened to anytime and anywhere.
