We're sad to see you go, but you can of course opt out of the research pool at any time.
To opt out, head to any contact from TestingTime and click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email. You'll be prompted to either pause for 3 months or delete your account.
Tip: any compensation still attached to your account will be lost once the account is deleted, and can't be recovered — please make sure to redeem any account credit before closing your account. tonies® are unable to retrieve or compensate for lost funds.

Sometimes our research projects can be very spread out, and a lot of time can pass between them. We can guarantee no data is shared between general customer pools and TestingTime, meaning an opt-in was completed at some point. If you no longer wish to be part of this pool, simply click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email you've received.
We don't have information to share on when a project is coming up. If you're requested to be part of a project, you'll be contacted directly by the TestingTime team.
Our research is wide and varied across different topics and groups. As such, we can never confirm when a specific participant within our research pool will be called upon. All we can say is, when it's the right fit, we'll be in touch.
