It doesn’t happen often, but if Toniebox Lite isn’t doing what it’s supposed to, restarting it is the best way to get it back on track. No worries, it's simple to do:
- Make sure the Toniebox Lite is not plugged in.
- Squeeze both ears to begin a restart. This can take up to 1 minute. We recommend using a timer to ensure you complete the full 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the Toniebox Lite to a charger.
- You’ll know it worked when you see the Welcome Lights show and the Welcome Music plays.
