To pair your tonies® Bluetooth headphones with your Toniebox 2, first switch both devices on. The Toniebox 2 is ready when the LED ring lights up solid green. When you switch on the tonies® Bluetooth headphones, they automatically enter pairing mode (the LED will flash red and blue).
Next, simply place the ear cup of the headphones (the side with the buttons) onto the platform of your Toniebox 2 and they will pair. The LED ring on the Toniebox 2 will glow blue and move in a semicircular motion. A confirmation tone will also indicate that pairing was successful. Now remove the tonies® Bluetooth headphones from the platform and the listening adventures can begin!
Please note: If the LED on the tonies® Bluetooth headphones is not flashing red and blue, the headphones are not in pairing mode and cannot connect to your Toniebox 2. To activate pairing mode, simply press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
Disconnecting the Bluetooth connection:
To disconnect your tonies® Bluetooth headphones from the Toniebox 2, simply place them on the platform again. The LED ring will once more glow blue and move in a semicircular motion and a confirmation tone will indicate that the connection has been disconnected. The Toniebox 2 will then play audio through the speaker again.
Another option is to switch off the tonies® Bluetooth headphones. The Toniebox 2 will automatically switch back to the speaker.
Please note: If the Toniebox 2 switches off or you switch off the tonies® Bluetooth headphones, a new pairing process must be started. Automatic pairing does not take place when the Toniebox 2 or the tonies® Bluetooth headphones are switched on.
Resetting the tonies® Bluetooth headphones to factory settings:
If you experience any problems with the tonies® Bluetooth headphones, you can reset them to the factory settings. Proceed as follows:
Press and hold the power button on the switched-off Bluetooth headphones for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue.
Now press and hold the light button for 10 seconds until the LED flashes three times, three times in a row. The headphones will then switch off automatically. The reset is complete.
