Oh no! Did you put a new Tonie or Creative Tonie with new or changed content on the Toniebox 1 and get this error message? There could be several reasons for this:

The Toniebox 1 is too far away from the Wi-Fi router.
- Please bring the Toniebox 1 closer to the router when downloading content. Place the Tonie on the Toniebox 1 again and stay close by until you can see the Toniebox 1 no longer flashes blue while the Tonie is playing. If the LED on the Toniebox 1 stays green during playback, then the content of the Tonie is completely downloaded and you can play it even without a Wi-Fi connection.
- Please bring the Toniebox 1 closer to the router when downloading content. Place the Tonie on the Toniebox 1 again and stay close by until you can see the Toniebox 1 no longer flashes blue while the Tonie is playing. If the LED on the Toniebox 1 stays green during playback, then the content of the Tonie is completely downloaded and you can play it even without a Wi-Fi connection.

Other devices nearby may be interfering with the Wi-Fi reception of the Toniebox 1.
