When will I be charged for my tonies® subscription purchases?
- Month-to-month subscriptions: Your card will be charged just before your tonies® subscription order ships. If you decide to return items in your shipment, you will be refunded for the items you send back.

Gift Subscriptions 🎁: When you place a Gift Subscription order, you are billed a one-time charge of $179.98. After placing your order, you will receive order and shipping confirmation emails for every shipment for your tracking convenience. For more information on Gift Subscriptions, click here.
Is shipping included for my tonies® subscription?
With tonies® subscription orders, ground shipping is always free! That's one of the great benefits from being a subscriber!
Will I be charged sales tax for my tonies® subscription order?
Yes, we are required to collect sales tax for purchases in all 50 states, plus District of Columbia.
Can I pay for a tonies® subscription with Shop Pay Installments?
Shop Pay Installments is not available for recurring subscription orders at this time.
Can I use a coupon code for my tonies® subscription?
Our subscription programs are not eligible for additional discounts using coupon codes. However, the tonies® subscription programs already include:
- 10-20% discount on your Tonies
- Additional discounts on select products you can add to upcoming shipments
