How it works: When you purchase a Toniebox Starter Set or Bundle* through us.tonies.com, you get the next 100 days to set it up, record a personal message, listen to a bedtime story, have a dance party, or whatever it takes to make sure you love it. If you and your little listener are not completely satisfied, you can return the Bundle for a full refund back to the original payment method. Please note that the full Bundle (Toniebox and Tonies/accessories) must be returned, without damage, in their original packaging.
