No Light

Brightness may be intentionally set to 0% in app or the Toniebox 2 is turned off.

Blue Swinging Semi-Circle

Toniebox 2 is in “pairing mode” which is the indication it is ready to be set up.

Flashing Blue Full-Circle

Toniebox 2 is downloading content or connecting to the internet, wait a few moments for the download or connection to complete and the LED will return to solid Green. 

Please note: Larger downloads or updates may take longer to complete and return to Solid Green. 

Solid Orange

Nightlight is active. Toniebox 2 will power itself down after a specified time (according to personal settings).

Turn off nightlight by squeezing both ears for 5 seconds.

Solid Green

Toniebox 2 is ready to go! Place a Tonie, Creative Tonie or a Tonieplay game on the platform to start listening.

Solid White

Toniebox 2 is in parent access mode.

Flashing Red-Full Circle

 Usually indicates a connection error, depending on when  it occurred. Typically accompanied by an error message or codeword.

Partial Flashing Red

Indicates that the Toniebox 2 is out of battery and needs to be charged. 

Rainbow

Tonie is playing.
