Removing audio content from your Creative Tonie is easy! You can do this in two ways; using the tonies app or my.tonies.com.
How to delete content from your Creative Tonie:
Using the tonies app
- Open the tonies app and tap the icon in the bottom right hand corner titled 'Collection'.
- Tap on the 'Creative Tonies' header.
- Tap on the picture of the Creative Tonie you want to edit.
- Tap 'Edit' on the right-hand side of the screen. This will allow you to edit the tracks that are currently on the Creative Tonie.
- Tap on the circle next to the name of the track(s) you wish to delete.
- Once you have selected the track(s) you wish to delete, tap 'Delete' on the bottom of the screen.
- Once you are finished making changes, tap the red 'Done' button on the top-right side of the screen.
- Now you will just need to sync the Toniebox 1 in order to make sure that the Toniebox 1 receives the news that changes have been made. To do this, simply turn on the Toniebox 1 and pinch one of the Tonieboxes ears for about three seconds until you hear a sound. The LED will begin flashing blue while your Toniebox 1 updates with the changes. You can then place the Creative Tonie onto the Toniebox 1 when the light turns solid green. The new changes should then be reflected properly and you will not hear any tracks that have been deleted.
Using my.tonies.com
- Login to your my.tonies.com account.
- Select Creative Tonies from the menu.
- Click on the Creative Tonie you wish to make changes to.
- Click "Edit Content".
- Click the Trashcan icon to the right of the chapter you wish to delete. You also have the option to delete all content on your Creative Tonie by clicking "Delete all content".
- Click "Save Content" once you are finished deleting content.
- Now you will just need to sync the Toniebox 1 in order to make sure that the Toniebox 1 receives the news that changes have been made.
