How it works: When you purchase a Toniebox Bundle* through tonies.co.nz, you get the next 30 days to set it up, record a personal message, listen to a bedtime story, have a dance party, or whatever it takes to make sure you love it. If you and your little listener are not completely satisfied, you can return the Bundle for a full refund back to the original payment method. Please note that the full Bundle (Toniebox and Tonies/accessories) must be returned, without damage, in their original packaging.
Important notes: Tonies and Accessories purchased outside of a Bundle* are subject to our normal return policy. Please keep in mind that only purchases made on/after 12th July 2025 qualify for our 30 Day Happiness Guarantee.
