How do Back in Stock emails work?
When an item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it's back in stock by clicking the 'Sold out - Notify Me' button on the product page and following the instructions to sign up. When an item is restocked, we will send you an email notification!
I signed up for a Back in Stock email. Why didn’t I receive it?
Back in Stock emails are sent to customers in the order in which they signed up, and factors including the amount of units available and amount of signups can affect when you receive your Back in Stock email. If you don't receive an email when the product is first restocked, don't worry, you're still on the list!
I got a Back in Stock email but the item was already sold out. What happened?
Some products are very popular and sell out very quickly. If you missed the restock, sign up again for back in stock alerts or monitor our website, app, or other channels for up-to-date stock status.
Does signing up for a Back in Stock email reserve an item?
While signing up for a Back in Stock email notifies you when the item is back in stock, it does not reserve the product for you. Once the product is back in stock, it may be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis.
Will I get another email if the product comes back again?
