We know that for our long-term tonies® families, this may be a super-easy question to answer; it may even be that all versions is the answer in your home too! But if you've been given a Toniebox as a gift, or it's been a while since you first set up your device, you may have forgotten which one you have. Click on a section below for a handy guide to identify which version of the Toniebox you're currently using.
The original Toniebox comes in our classic original design, which captured generations of little listeners right from the start of the tonies® journey. It has the classic pointy, cat-like ears and squared-off edges. On top of the box, you have the LED light, which is also square-shaped.
Colours: The original Toniebox came in the following colours.
- Red
- Grey
- Light Blue
- Pink
- Purple
- Green
There were also limited colours: an alternative Lime Green and Navy Blue.
Meet Toniebox 2 — the audio player designed for their hands, powered by their choices, and built to help them grow. Perfect for ages 1–12+, Toniebox 2 has a softer outer casing with more rounded edges and ear design. Toniebox 2 also features a circular Dynamic Light Ring on top, which allows varying light colours to be displayed throughout the listening journey or in bedtime modes.
Colours: Toniebox 2 currently comes in the following colours.
- Sunset Red
- Cloud Pink
- Sky Blue
- Tropical Teal
- Moon Grey
Special Editions: Currently, the Pokémon – Pikachu Yellow is available.
Toniebox Lite is the small audio player designed for children aged 1 to 12+. It keeps the same updated, rounder design as Toniebox 2, but is smaller and has a harder shell — perfect for travelling. Toniebox Lite has a small Dynamic Light (not the full Dynamic Light Ring) between the ears, and a clear platform on top of the box.
Colour: Toniebox Lite only comes in one colour, Moon Grey; however, multiple cover colour options are available to customise your device if you choose.
