No longer have a Creative Tonie and want to remove it from your Household? This can be done using either the tonies app or on my.tonies.com.
Before proceeding, it's important to note that this process of removing a Creative Tonie from your Household will erase all content that is currently on the Creative Tonie.
How to remove a Creative Tonie from your Household:
Using the tonies app
- Open the tonies app and tap the icon in the bottom right corner titled 'Mine'.
- Tap on the 'Creative Tonies' header.
- Tap on the picture of the Creative Tonie you want to remove.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on 'Advanced settings'.
- Tap on 'Remove from Household'.
- Tap on 'Delete' to confirm you want to remove the Creative Tonie from your Household. Note: Removing the Creative Tonie from the Household will erase all content that is currently on it.
- Now the Creative Tonie will no longer be in your Household and all content will be erased. The next time the Creative Tonie is placed on a Toniebox, it will be automatically added into that Tonieboxes Household.
Using my.tonies.com
- Login to your my.tonies.com account and click to open the Creative Tonies header.
- Click on the picture of the Creative Tonie you want to remove from your Household.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page. Then click on 'Advanced Settings' and finally 'Remove from household'.
- A screen will appear asking to confirm that you wish to remove the Creative Tonie from your Household. Note: Removing the Creative Tonie from the Household will erase all content that is currently on it.
- Now the Creative Tonie will no longer be in your Household and all content will be erased. The next time the Creative Tonie is placed on a Toniebox, it will be automatically added into that Tonieboxes Household.
