Returning or no longer have a Toniebox 1 and want to remove it from your Household? This can be done using either the tonies app or on my.tonies.com.
How to remove a Toniebox 1 from your Household:
Using the tonies app
- Open the tonies app and tap the icon in the bottom right hand corner titled 'Collection'.
- Tap on the 'Toniebox' header.
- Tap on the picture of the Toniebox 1 you would like to remove from your Household.
- Scroll down and tap on 'Advanced settings'.
- Tap 'Remove from Household'.
- Tap 'Delete' to confirm you would like to remove the Toniebox 1 from your Household.
- The Toniebox 1 has now been successfully removed from your Household!
Using my.tonies.com
- Login to your my.tonies.com account and click the 'Tonieboxes' header.
- Click on the image of the Toniebox 1 you would like to remove from your Household.
- Click on 'Remove from household' next to the picture of the Toniebox 1.
- Click 'Remove Toniebox' to confirm you would like to remove the Toniebox 1 from your Household.
- The Toniebox 1 has now been successfully removed from your Household!
