So, your Toniebox 1 just said the codeword ‘Koala’, hmm... you probably tried to download a new Tonie or synchronize your Toniebox 1 with the Toniecloud, right?
If you heard the codeword ‘Koala’, this means that your Toniebox 1 is currently in Offline Mode and cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
Not to worry, this is an easy fix! All you need to do is end Offline Mode. Here's how:
- Turn on your Toniebox 1 and make sure that there are no Tonies on it.
