How it works: When you purchase a Toniebox Starter Set or Bundle* through tonies.com.au, you get the next 30 days to set it up, record a personal message, listen to a bedtime story, have a dance party, or whatever it takes to make sure you love it. If you and your little listener are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us for a full refund.
Important notes:
- Please note that the full Bundle (Toniebox and Tonies/accessories) must be returned, without damage, in their original packaging.
- Tonies and Accessories purchased outside of a Bundle* are subject to our normal return policy.
