To check whether we can fix the issue remotely – for example with a software update or another quick solution – please get in touch with our Customer Happiness team and include your Toniebox ID.
All tonies® products are covered by our 1 Year technical warranty.
If you purchased the affected tonies® product directly from our online shop, then we’re your contract partner. In this case, please contact us and share both your Toniebox ID and your order number.
If your product was purchased at a retailer, they are your contractual partner and should be your first point of call for a claim.
Please note: We don’t offer a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee beyond the statutory warranty and warranty is valid only with proof of purchase.
