Your Toniebox will automatically connect to any known Wi-Fi network when it is online mode.
If your Toniebox shows as offline in the tonies® app, you can usually fix this by reconnecting it to your known Wi-Fi network. Not sure how to do that? It's easy simply follow the steps below.
Reconnect to a known Wi-Fi network
- Open the tonies® app and go to "Mine."
- Tap "Tonieboxes," then select the Toniebox you'd like to connect.
- Tap "Connect Toniebox."
- Turn on your Toniebox, then press the button to confirm that it's switched on.
- Tap "Use known Wi-Fi."
- Choose whether to restart your Toniebox right away or wait 5 minutes until it turns off automatically, then restart it.
- Once you restart your Toniebox, it will automatically try to reconnect to the known Wi-Fi network, make sure you allow a few extra seconds as it may not always be instant depending on your connection strength.
- If this works, your Toniebox will show as online again in the app.
If your Toniebox still isn't online
If the connection can't be established, a pop-up will appear in the app.
- Tap "Add new Wi-Fi" on the pop-up.
- Follow the on-screen steps in the app to reconnect your Toniebox to your Wi-Fi network.
