Orders placed on tonies.com and through Good Morning America may arrive in multiple deliveries, as we want to get orders to you as quickly as possible.
When will my order ship?
We want your little listener to get their Tonies as quickly as possible! We ship orders Monday through Friday within 7 days from time of purchase.
You'll get an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to begin tracking your order.
How fast is your shipping?
To get orders delivered as efficiently and quickly as possible, our fulfillment center will select the best shipping carrier that can ensure delivery when you need it. This could be via nationwide carriers (FedEx or DHL) or local carriers based on your location (CDL). Typically Ground orders will deliver within 3 to 7 business days.
We offer 2 Day as our expedited shipping option. Orders deliver in 2 business days by 4:30pm (in most areas) to businesses, and by 8pm to residences. Expedited orders do not deliver 2 Day packages on Saturday or Sunday. Keep in mind that 2 Day means when it hits the carrier system, not when the order is placed.
Carrier or weather delays can happen, and may delay the arrival of your order.
For orders shipped via FedEx, we recommend signing up for delivery notifications with FedEx Delivery Manager. This is a free service offered by FedEx that helps you manage you deliveries. For orders shipped via USPS, we recommend signing up for Informed Delivery by USPS. This is a free service that is managed by the U.S. Postal service to manage your deliveries.
