When will my order ship?

We want your little listener to get their Tonies as quickly as possible! We ship orders Monday through Friday. Your shipping confirmation email contains your order's tracking number and is typically received within 24 business hours (this time may increase during promotional/busy periods). Please allow up to 48 hours to begin tracking your order.

When is your Holiday order deadline?

To receive your tonies.com order by December 24th, in time for Hanukkah (December 25th) or Christmas (December 25th), be sure to place your orders for:

• Standard Ground shipping* - Order by 8:00am Pacific Time on December 13th.
  
  
• Expedited shipping - Order by 8:00am Pacific Time on December 19th.

*Please keep in mind that all major shipping carriers are experiencing high volume during the holiday season that could result in transit and delivery delays. We recommend ordering as early as possible or upgrading your shipping to our expedited option(s) to ensure holiday delivery.

How fast is your shipping?

To get orders delivered as efficiently and quickly as possible, our fulfillment center will select the best shipping carrier that can ensure delivery when you need it. This could be via nationwide carriers (FedEx or DHL) or local carriers based on your location (CDL). Typically Standard orders will deliver within 3 to 6 business days for customers located in the 48 contiguous states. Customers located in Hawaii or Alaska could see delivery take more than 30 days from time of purchase. 

We offer 2 Day as our expedited shipping option. Orders deliver in 2 business days by 4:30pm (in most areas) to businesses, and by 8pm to residences. Expedited orders do not deliver 2 Day packages on Saturday or Sunday. Keep in mind that 2 Day means when it hits the carrier system, not when the order is placed. 

Carrier or weather delays can happen, and may delay the arrival of your order.

For orders shipped via FedEx, we recommend signing up for delivery notifications with FedEx Delivery Manager. This is a free service offered by FedEx that helps you manage you deliveries.  For orders shipped via USPS, we recommend signing up for Informed Delivery by USPS. This is a free service that is managed by the U.S. Postal service to manage your deliveries. 

How much does shipping cost?

*In order to qualify for free shipping, minimum purchase must be $45 after discounts, coupon codes, and before taxes applied 

*Minimum shipping cost of $45 is effective starting January 31, 2023 

*Our standard shipping rate is $6.95. We occasionally offer discounted rates and promotions, so be sure to check for any offers during checkout
