If you want to set up your Toniebox 2 but the setup indicates that the Toniebox 2 cannot establish a Bluetooth connection to your smartphone, remove the Toniebox 2 from the list of paired Bluetooth devices on your smartphone.
To do this, open the settings, navigate to the connections, where you can manage your Bluetooth devices. Please disconnect your Toniebox 2 from your device and then restart the setup:
Android:
- Open the settings, tap on Connections
- Tap on Bluetooth and navigate to “Paired devices”
- Tap on the gear wheel and then at the bottom of the page on "Unpair" your Toniebox 2
iPhone:
- Open the settings and tap on Bluetooth
- At "My devices" you will see the connected Toniebox
- Tap on the "I" for Info and select "Ignore this device".
Please restart the setup once you have removed the Toniebox 2 from the devices connected via Bluetooth.
