Free Content for Creative Tonies can be located on both my.tonies.com, by heading to Creative Tonies then 'Discover more content' or the tonies® app and selecting 'free'.
FAQ'S
What happens to any current audio on the Tonie?
No need to worry, it’s still available to you. Simply select ‘Mine’ to swap between your current and new audio through your tonies® app.
Is it possible to download the same content to several Tonies?
You can only assign the same content to one Tonie at a time. To assign the content to a different Tonie, you must remove the content from the Tonie in the tonies® app, then assign it to another.
Can I transfer content from the Tonie Library to another mytonies account?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. The content will always be attached to the mytonies account through which the purchase was made. However, you can be invited to another household in order to add this content to someone else's Tonie. See here: How do I invite other members into my Household?
Why don’t I see the same free content as others?
Free content can vary by region, so what’s available in one location may not be offered in another.
How long will the free content be available?
Some free content is offered for a limited time only. Availability may change, so we recommend downloading and enjoying it while it’s in the library.
Will the free content always stay the same?
Free content can change from time to time, it may be updated or removed. We recommend checking back often to see what fun free content is available!
