Have you already successfully setup your Toniebox 1 but now it is not playing any Tonies and the LED is continuously blinking or pulsing blue? This likely means that the Toniebox 1 is in connection mode. This happens when both ears are pinched for 5 seconds. During connection mode, the Toniebox 1 is looking for available Wi-Fi connections and is not able to play any Tonies.

If you are not trying to connect to a new Wi-Fi network, follow these steps to end connection mode:
- Remove any Tonies from your Toniebox 1.
- Pinch and hold both ears of the Toniebox 1 for about 5 seconds until you hear an audio signal.
- The Toniebox 1 LED should flash green a few times before it turns solid green. Now the Toniebox 1 is ready to play Tonies again!
