Why did I get a refund?

If you received a refund confirmation from tonies.co.nz and did not start a return, this means that we were unable to ship that part of your order. You are refunded for the exact amount paid for the item. Our system refunded you and you will not receive this item(s). Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. 

If your order was refunded, you should receive an email detailing the reason.
