When will my order ship?
We want your little listener to get their Tonies as quickly as possible! We ship orders Monday through Friday. Your shipping confirmation email contains your order's tracking number and is typically received within 2-5 business days (this time may increase during promotional/busy periods). Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
How fast is your shipping?
To get orders delivered as efficiently and quickly as possible, our fulfillment center will select the best shipping carrier that can ensure delivery when you need it. Typically Standard orders will deliver within 4 to 7 business days for most customers within metro areas and up to 10 business days to regional areas of New Zealand This begins once the package enters the carrier’s system, rather than from the time of purchase.

Delivery Exclusions:
We currently are only delivering within New Zealand (North & South Islands only). We also do not deliver to PO Boxes or Shipping Forwarders. If you are located outside our delivery area (or wish to order outside this delivery area), please select the corresponding online shop of your desired delivery location at the bottom of our homepage (website footer). Please note that the delivery areas vary for license reasons.
