New to tonies®?

If you haven't set up your Toniebox yet, the tonies® app will guide you through the setup process.

Already set up? Wake up your Toniebox with a quick squeeze of either ear.

How to play a Tonie

1. Turn on your Toniebox
Give one of the ears a quick squeeze to wake it up.

2. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi
The first time you listen to a brand-new Tonie, your Toniebox needs to be connected to Wi-Fi so it can download the Tonie's audio content.

If your Toniebox isn't connected to Wi-Fi or your in a new location, you can connect it using the tonies® app.

3. Place your Tonie on top
Once you're connected, simply pop your Tonie on top of the Toniebox.
4. Wait for the download to complete
Your Toniebox will let you know that the content is downloading:
   • Toniebox 2: The light ring shows the download progress.
   • Toniebox Lite: The light blinks green while the content is downloading.
5. Start listening!
Once the download is complete, your Tonie is ready to play.

What happens after the first download?

Once a Tonie's audio content has been downloaded to your Toniebox, you can listen to it again without needing to be connected to Wi-Fi. Which means your collection can be listened to anytime and anywhere.
