You can now use Sign in with Google to create and log in to your tonies® account via our app.
This makes it faster and easier to access your account using your existing Google credentials.
How to Sign Up with Google
If you've not yet registered with us before:
- Go to the registration screen in the tonies® app.
- Select Sign up with Google.
- Choose the Google account you'd like to use.

Authenticate using your Google account password.
If you've already registered with your Google details:
- Open the tonies® app login screen.
- Select Sign in with Google.
- Authenticate using your Google account password.
If you've used this Google account with us before, you'll be logged in right away.
What Happens Next:
After signing in with Google, you'll be redirected back to our system:
- If your Google account is already linked to an existing account, you'll be logged in immediately.
- If your Google account email matches an existing account, it will be linked automatically, and you'll be logged in.
- If your Google account email doesn't match any existing account, a new account will be created and linked to your Google account.
I'm Seeing an Error When Signing In with Google
If you have two tonies accounts registered under very similar email addresses (for example, one ending in @gmail.com and another in @googlemail.com), we're unable to tell which account you mean, and you'll see an error message.
To resolve this:
- Log in using your username and password instead.
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Select the option to link your Google account.
Once it's linked, you'll be able to use Sign in with Google for that account going forward.
