What Wi-Fi connection is required to use the Toniebox 2? – tonies® Support

The Toniebox 2 supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and can connect to both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands.

2.4 GHz Band: 2.400–2.484 MHz
- Supported Channels:
  - US: Channels 1–11
  - EU: Channels 1–13
5 GHz Band: 5.150–5.850 MHz
- Supported Channels: 36, 40, 44, 48

Please ensure your home Wi-Fi uses one of these supported bands and channels for a stable connection.

Please note: 802.11r (fast hand-off for AP roaming²) is not currently supported by the Toniebox 2 - if your network uses 802.11r fast hand-off for AP roaming²we would recommend either turning off the feature, attempting a set up via a mobile hotspot or using an alternate network.
