When will my order ship?
We want your little listener to get their Tonies as quickly as possible! We ship orders Monday through Friday. Your shipping confirmation email contains your order's tracking number and is typically received within 2-5 business days (this time may increase during promotional/busy periods). Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
How fast is your shipping?
To get orders delivered as efficiently and quickly as possible, our fulfillment center will select the best shipping carrier that can ensure delivery when you need it. This could be via nationwide carriers (Australia Post or StarTrack) or local carriers based on your location (Aramex Australia). Typically Standard orders will deliver within 2 to 8 business days within metro areas and up to 10 working days to regional areas of Australia for most customers. This begins once the package enters the carrier’s system, rather than from the time of purchase.
For orders shipped via FedEx, we recommend signing up for delivery notifications with FedEx Delivery Manager. This is a free service offered by FedEx that helps you manage you deliveries. For orders shipped via Australia Post, we recommend signing up for MyPost by Australia Post. This is a free service that is managed by the Australia Postal service to manage your deliveries.

Delivery Exclusions:
We currently are only delivering within Australia. There are specific postal codes where we don’t deliver. These postcodes include 6799, 6798, 4875, 2899, and 2898. We also do not deliver to PO Boxes or Shipping Forwarders. If you are located outside our delivery area (or wish to order outside this delivery area), please select the corresponding online shop of your desired delivery location via "Select region". Please note that the delivery areas vary for license reasons.
