Starting a return is easy and can be done entirely online using our Return Portal. You'll just need your order number and your zip code handy*
Returning a Toniebox? Make sure to follow through the processes listed in the articles below to reset the Toniebox to factory settings and choose to either delete your Household or just remove the Toniebox from your Household before initiating your return:

To start a return, follow these steps:
- Navigate to app.claimlane.com/c/tonies-us. Click "Start" to begin.
- Enter your Email or Zip Code and your Order Number. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or in your us.tonies.com account order history. Once you have entered the information, click 'Find Order'.
Note) Did you receive this as a gift? If that is the case, select the option "Received this as a Gift?"

Select which item(s) from your order you wish to return.
Note) This step will require you to select the return reason before selecting any additional products you wish to return.
- Choose the return reason that best matches.
- Once you've selected all items to return, click 'Continue with # product(s)' at the bottom of the page.
- Select your preferred return options such as Store Credit or Original Payment Method.
- Select shipping method, then click "Next".
- Enter in your information below so we can process your request.
- Success! Print your shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your local FedEx location.
*Note: Our fulfilment center is unable to process returns that are initiated outside of our Return Portal. We cannot guarantee returns will be processed when shipped using alternative methods. We reserve the right to return to sender any packages that are not completed in our return portal. We can only accept returns from within the United States.
