We accept returns of any Tonies or Accessories purchased outside of our Bundle experience (available on us.tonies.com) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging along with their original contents. We do not currently offer exchanges. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We accept returns of Toniebox Starter Sets or Bundles purchased from us.tonies.com up to 100 days after the original purchase date as part of our 100 Day Happiness Guarantee. For more information, check out our support article here: What is the 100 Day Happiness Guarantee?
