Have you already successfully setup your Toniebox but now it is not playing any Tonies and the LED is continuously blinking or pulsing blue? This likely means that the Toniebox is in connection mode. This happens when both ears are pinched for 5 seconds. During connection mode, the Toniebox is looking for available Wi-Fi connections and is not able to play any Tonies.

If you are not trying to connect to a new Wi-Fi network, follow these steps to end connection mode:
- Remove any Tonies from your Toniebox.
- Pinch and hold both ears of the Toniebox for about 5 seconds until you hear an audio signal.
- The Toniebox LED should flash green a few times before it turns solid green. Now the Toniebox is ready to play Tonies again!
