Well, well, well, if it isn't the elephant. Is it possible that your Toniebox has already been connected to your Wi-Fi network but your password has recently changed? That’s typically the case when this big beast is named.
Not to worry, this is an easy fix:
- Go to my.tonies.com/wifi and reconnect the Toniebox to your Wi-Fi using the new password. You should then be able to access the Toniecloud again without running into any issues. Note: While your Tonie(s) may appear within the mytonies app (in the 'Collection' section), this is not confirmation that the Tonie(s) have been fully downloaded onto the Toniebox, only that the Toniebox has detected that the Tonie has been placed on top of the Toniebox.
