An important note: If you reset the Toniebox to factory settings, all of the Wi-Fi connections you have saved and all content you have downloaded will be erased!

If you have already tried a restart and are still running into problems with your Toniebox, resetting to factory settings can help. Here's how to do it:

1. Place the Toniebox on the charging station while connected to the power supply and turn them both upside down together so the ears are pointing downwards.
   
   
2. Pinch both ears simultaneously for about 10 seconds until you hear an audio signal and the Toniebox shuts down. The Toniebox is now in factory default condition.
   
   
3. If you would now like to re-setup the Toniebox, remove it from the charging station for a moment and place it back on. It will greet you with "Hello, don’t be scared..."
   
   
4. You can then follow through the setup process using the mytonies app or my.tonies.com/setup.
